Directions to Dogs R Dogs, Longmeadow, Tiverton Road, Silverton.
Post code for Sat Nav – EX5 4BW which will take you to the nearest house which is 0.1 miles from the training venue. The training venue entrance is easily identified by the concrete drive and orange and white safety cones.
Please do not turn into any house entrances
When you arrive at the venue, please park in the car park. Be aware that there may be other cars arriving as I share the car park with another trainer.
Please toilet your dog on lead on the grassy area as the new training building will be a no toileting zone due to different flooring.
Please wait in the car park for me to come and collect you.
From B3181-Exeter to Cullompton road
Turn off for Silverton, right if travelling from Cullompton or left if traveling from Exeter
Continue on this road for 3.2 miles. You will pass through Ellerhayes and approaching the village of Silverton go straight across a mini roundabout.
Shortly after this you will arrive in the village centre. (War memorial will be on your left and Spar shop opposite)
Go straight across the roundabout (2nd exit) and immediately turn right into TIVERTON ROAD. It is a very narrow road entrance and is after, not on, the roundabout. Do not turn right on the roundabout (3rd exit) which is Fore Street.
Continue for 0.4 mile and the training venue is on the left.
From A396 Exeter to Tiverton road
Turn off for Silverton, right if travelling from Exeter or left if traveling from Tiverton. Continue for about 0.5 mile.
As you approach the village, take the first left turn which is immediately before the roundabout. This is Tiverton Road which is unmarked from this direction although there is a white concrete bollard on the right of the entrance to the narrow road. (If you miss the turn, simply go round the roundabout and you will see the Tiverton Road sign.)
Continue for 0.4 mile and the training venue is on the left.
If you are following a SATNAV and are coming up the A396 sometimes you will be told that you have arrived whilst still on the A396. At this point you need to turn right into Tiverton Road and the training field is on your right after about 1/4 mile. If you reach Chiterly Business Park you have gone too far. Turn around and the road you need is 2nd on the left after Chiterly Business Park, just after the triangle sign warning of an upcoming side road.
