Directions to Ponchydown Farm, Blackborough, Devon.

From M5 (approx 10 minutes):

Leave at junction 28 and turn onto the A373 towards Honiton. After 2 miles turn left at Post Cross towards Kentisbeare. After 1 mile pass the village sign for Kentisbeare and take 2nd road on the right signposted Stoford Water and Blackborough. 20 yards later turn right at T junction. After 0.8 mile follow road to left and right still signposted Blackborough. In another 0.6 mile the road narrows and climbs more steeply up a tree covered gully. After 0.2 mile Ponchydown Farm is on the right. Turn sharp right through metal field gate (do NOT follow the concrete road) and down the track across the field and through another metal field gate (please close gates behind you if they are closed when you arrive). Park in the concrete yard.

From Honiton:

Take the A373 towards Cullompton and turn right towards Dunkeswell at Hembury Fort Cross. Go straight across the next crossroads and follow this road until it comes to Blackborough. As you come into the village turn left down the hill and Ponchydown Farm is on your left after about a quarter of a mile.

Alternatively, take the Dunkeswell road out of Honiton, turn left at the first crossroads after Wolford Chapel (Wolford Cross), turn right at the next crossroads and follow this road until it becomes Blackborough. Follow as above.
