Forthcoming Events at Dogs R Dogs:
 
21/22nd April – Gundog Foundations and Fundamentals Weekend Workshop with Helen Phillips. 
This will be for beginner dogs to continue building their foundations and more experienced dogs to go back and 'fix' and problems that occurred over the shooting season.
Prerequisites: - previous knowledge of basic clicker training for dog and handler.
 
25-29th June – Week long Gundog Training Workshop with Helen Phillips. 
This will be a week long workshop which will cover various aspects of Gundog work tailored to the individual dogs and handlers attending.
Prerequisites: - previous knowledge of basic clicker training for dog and handler, the dog must be happy with gunshot.

15/16th September – Gundog Moving On Weekend Workshop with Helen Phillips. 
This will be introducing the dogs to more of what they need to know in order to be able to go out and work. 
Prerequisites: - previous knowledge of basic clicker training for dog and handler, the dog must be happy with gunshot, dog and handler combination must have covered foundation gundog training with either Helen or at Dogs R Dogs.
 
29th October - Introduction to Rough Shooting Day with Helen Phillips. 
This will introduce the dogs to shot, live birds, and retrieving warm game.
Prerequisites: - The dog must be happy with gunshot, and have some basic gundog training
 
26th November - Introduction to Driven Shooting Day with Helen Phillips.
This will introduce the dogs and handlers to the basics of beating and picking up.
Prerequisites: - The dog must be happy with gunshot, and have some basic gundog training

Gundog Group Sessions with Leanne 
These will be held in different venues around the area so that the dogs will get a chance to start to generalise the training concepts and we will get to work in different areas and types of terrain.  I am anticipating up to 8 working places per session. The sessions will be two hours long to give us time to get in some hunting and later maybe some dummy launcher work.  I am planning to run the session from 2-4 pm on the following dates: -
5th February, 4th March, 1st April, 20th May and 22nd July 2012
